Siim Land is a best-selling author, public speaker, and consultant from Estonia. By education, he’s an anthropologist. Siim teaches people about the art and science of optimizing their health and performance. He’s written many books about nutrition and biohacking and speaks at the world’s largest biohacking conferences.
The Mineral Fix is a book about the importance of minerals in our diets. Siim Land has been studying this topic for quite some time, and his new book provides tons of information on how to incorporate more minerals into your diet.

In this interview, I ask him what inspired him to write the book? He also shares his thoughts on why we should take care of our bodies with good food and supplements. We not only talk about the importance of crucial mineral supplements, but we also talk about topics such as fasting and building muscle, the importance of autophagy, and so much more!
